Hurricane Felicia Downgraded to Cat. 3

As we sit here in the airport about to fly to Honolulu, it appears that Hurricane Felicia headed for Hawaii has caught some unfavorable conditions in the Pacific. When you plan a Hawaii Vacation, the last thing you think of is Hurricanes because it is such a rare event…but after travelling enough you start to realize that the least expected can happen and that is why almost all travel agents buy travel insurance. I feel better knowing I have that policy in my folder carrying all of my printed documentation. My fingers are crossed that Hurricane Felicia is a non-event and doesn’t even make it to Hawaii!

We will be boarding our flight soon and we are very excited to get to Hawaii at 3 PM Honolulu Time! If have an upcoming cruise to Hawaii you want to check out our Hawaii Shore Excursion plans to help assist you in your planning!
