I was listening to money saving guru, @ClarkHoward on the radio the other day and he recommended getting on Twitter to find the best savings on your next travel purchase.
I’ve been saying that for years! CruiseDeals.com Twitter account @CruiseDeals has been giving deal alerts on Twitter since 2007. We only Tweet deals that are recent price drops, that we believe have hit rock bottom, or that we have an exclusive deal not available to any other agency. Here is an example of a recent Cruise Deal Tweet:
The little check mark by our name means that Twitter has verified the CruiseDeals twitter account. @CruiseDeals is the only cruise agency account that is verified by Twitter.
Hot off the presses; the August 2011 issue of Money Magazine is all about how to find the best deals. Deals on Cars, Tech, Stock, Clothes, and TRAVEL. Only one cruise agency was mentioned in the entire issue – CruiseDeals.com – with the recommendation to follow @CruiseDeals on Twitter!!
In the NY Times most recent article about Cruise Deals, they recommended only one Twitter account to follow – @CruiseDeals.
So, Clark Howard says to use Twitter to find the best travel deals. Twitter has verified the CruiseDeals.com Twitter account and the only account that the NY Times and Money Magazine recommended in their latest cruise articles on how to find the best cruise deals is @CruiseDeals.
The NY Times and Money Magazine are two of the most trusted resources in the US. They don’t just drop recommendations on anyone. They do due diligence and fact checking… its serious biz… Honestly, I don’t see why you book cruises anywhere else.
