Last Call: Norwegian Epic Transatlantic with up to $300 Onboard Credit

Here’s a great “on=off” deal that caught my eye! On October 23rd the Norwegian Epic will reposition from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean as it sails for 13 Nights from Barcelona to Miami. Transatlantic voyages provide a one-of-a-kind itinerary, visiting unique ports-of-call, all for amazingly low prices. What I like even more about this particular voyage is that if you book by August 31st, you will receive up to $300 onboard credit, depending on what category you book!

Onboard Credit per Stateroom:
Studio: $37.50
Inside: $75
Balcony: $150
Mini Suite: $200
Suites: $300

Inside cabins start from just $849, only $65 a day and Balcony cabins start from only $1,079! Check out more information here. Hurry, this offer ends August 31st.

On Deck: What’s Coming Up

Royal Caribbean is testing out a new concept, which is a “Saturday Sale” Why? We’re not 100% sure. . . but my guess is they want to see if they can increase bookings on a typically slow day and are willing to provide an incentive for buyers! For one day only this Saturday, August 27th, book any Royal Caribbean Bahamas or Caribbean cruise departing September 1st- December 31st, 2011 and you will receive between $25 and $50 onboard credit, based on the category that you book:

Royal Caribbean Bahamas and Caribbean Cruises, departing September 1st-December 31st, 2011:

Inside and Ocean view Cabins: $25 per stateroom

Balcony and Suites: $50 per stateroom

What I really like about this offer is that it applies to a wide range of sailings and ships, including the incredible Oasis and Allure of the Seas, and who doesn’t love having a little extra spending money while on vacation? As with most promotions, there are some restrictions- the main two things here are

1. This is only available for new bookings

2. This is not combinable with any other offer. We have some sailings where has an exclusive offer that’s even better, but they can’t be combined. Just let us know what sailing interests you, and we’ll make sure you get the best offer that is available

This is a promotion you definitely want to take advantage of, so feel free to do some pre-sale shopping in order to prepare to book on Saturday. Just keep in mind, rates could go up or down by the time the sale starts.

Price Drop Tuesday

For one day only every Tuesday, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity drop rates on a handful of sailings usually departing in the next few months. The amounts the rates drop are significant, offering fantastic savings. I always advise you to act on these limited time promotions, because the rates will go right back up on Wednesday. Here are my picks from each:
