Why a Disney cruise is a GREAT Deal
So often we hear, “Why is a Disney Cruise so expensive?” As a cruise travel agency we need to do a better job of educating our customers so they can make the right decision—which means getting beyond a simple price comparison with “similar” cruises. I think most consumers compare the price of a Disney Cruise with other contemporary cruise offerings from companies like Carnival. It’s an easy trap to fall into—both companies offer cruises of the same length and similar itineraries and are trying to appeal in large part to the family market. Last Minute Summer: Unbelievable Deals on Alaska
If you have been putting of making plans for that summer vacation, Alaska is a fantastic choice (and even better for those who live on the West Coast). Whether you are traveling as a couple or bringing the whole family, there are great options, at great rates for this spectacular destination.
While pricing for Alaska acts somewhat like a bell curve with prices lower during the “shoulder seasons” (May and September) and higher during peak season (June-August), I have been finding great rates on many cruises throughout the entire season. With that said, if you can get away more last minute-say leave within a few weeks to a month (we’re talking to you west coast), you can take advantage of some of the lowest rates we have ever seen.
Here are some of the best deals right now for last minute, peak season and family Alaska cruises:
