Just a few times a year, Royal Caribbean puts on their WOW Sale, which we think is one of the best deals for our customers. Here’s why:
- Onboard Credit ranging from $50 to $200 just for planning in advance.
- Combinable with many of their other discount programs (not all though).
- No restriction by type of cabin–from interior to suite
- Amount is based on length of cruise–the longer you cruise the more you’ll get.
- Huge range of voyages–from September 1st, 2013 to August 31st of 2014.
As you can see, it’s a pretty wide open offer with few restrictions. About the only downside some people will see is that some voyages are really far out in the future, but RCI has that covered too. . .deposits are reduced so you’re not tying up much dough, and of course, they’re fully refundable up until final payment.
So why do we call it a 2X Bonus?
Because we’re sweetening the deal with additional onboard credit exclusively from CruiseDeals. For the same range of sailings, we’ll add another $25 to $200, depending on length of voyage and stateroom category you select! During the sale, which only lasts for three days, you can receive up to $400 in bonuses! You can see the details of the 2x Royal Caribbean WOW sale here.
How do I get this offer?
The sale starts on Monday, June 10th and will end on Wednesday, June 12th, but we encourage you to call us on 6/7 and 6/8 to “pre-shop” this deal:
- We’ll get a price for the ship, sail date and stateroom category you desire, but we won’t actually make the reservation.
- If you agree on the price, we’ll get all info necessary to reserve your cruise.
- On Monday, we’ll book your cruise, as long as the price is the same or lower than we quoted. If the price has increased at all, we won’t do anything until we check with you.
Of course, you can wait until next week as well but we encourage you to browse for what interests you in advance–especially if you’re looking for fall or holiday sailings this year.
What if I find a better deal later?
In my opinion, this offer is a no risk proposition–if you find a better deal before your final payment is due, you could cancel and then book the other offer. Because the onboard credit here is pretty big, it’s unlikely there will be a better offer down the line, but it could happen. Until final payment, you’re able to cancel without penalty.
Other Cruise Sales in the News
We have just two days in our Norwegian Cruise Event Week. This is for any 5 night or longer cruise and includes a wide range of amenities that vary by stateroom category. You can see the details here but it ends Saturday, June 8th.
While we’re on the topic of Norwegian, CruiseDeals is offering FREE Gratuities for any customers that purchase a stateroom in The Haven. Not sure that The Haven is all about? Give us a call and we’ll tell you more, but it’s like a “ship within the ship” that’s an upscale luxury experience with all kinds of private amenities, but still gives you access to all the “big ship” entertainment and dining options Norwegian offers.
Celebrity’s Pick a Perk
Here’s another great offer because it covers a lot of voyages and let’s you choose what’s most valuable to you. The options include:
- Free Gratuities
- Free Beverages
- Up to $300 Onboard Credit
- Up to $600 in Air Credit
This is all on top of some really terrific cruise fares for the Caribbean, Europe, Australia/New Zealand and Asia this fall, winter and spring. Check it out here.
Disney CashBack Bonus
This is a CruiseDeals exclusive–find any Disney Cruise and on top of getting you the lowest price, we’ll give you onboard credit based on the total of your cruise fare. . . the more you splurge, the more we give you, up to $500! Details available here.
